final individual cultural diversity course reflection

In this essay I will explain what we learned in Cultural Diversity class and it will assist me in my daily life because being an Emiratis means that we live and see a many nationalities and that class helped me a lot to understand them.

the most interesting topic in the course when we made a presentation in PowerPoint worked as a team and we have learned the importance of each individual in the team and how we can presentation, There is a lesson tighten my attention is about the racism he is useful to all even if was large or small not forget what you learned from this lesson and After this course I learned what the difference between the high-context and low-context and use it in my daily life.

Cultural Diversity important in our life because people need to learn how to communicate with others and that will help them in their daily life even if you were not educated you will need it to survive among others and don’t respect them.18 is the best because people start to travel and work outside of their country or meet  new people from around the world and live with them and in that age if you have no idea about the diversity of the cultures it is going very hard to understand them or even to live in peace with them also that age is very important because you can understand more than young age. I learned an interesting thing about racism that no one was born one we see what others want us to see. If harmony day was in the UAE it will be one of the most respected days and celebrating it should be big because it is the day that help people to live in peace and harmony with other nationalities or even different culture that hard to understand for some people, also I think the poster will include a many flags of many countries and in the middle of written in it RESPECT.

In conclusion I think everyone should take this class no mater old or young because it teaches us how to respect others and understand other cultures this class showed me a lot of things and I think it will help everyone especially that people live in countries like UAE because of the big number of visitor and people that work there.
